How to convert Windows 8 Pro & Enterprise ISO to Windows 8.1 Pro & Enterprise ISO

    Sorry if i'm asking to much lately :). In the topic i've created before called "Windows 8.1 Pro Direct Link", i've already tried to download the ISO but my connection is really suck! I've waited for 3 hours but it still 120 MB downloaded :( And i suddently think that it would be better for me if i convert the Windows 8 Pro & Enterprise ISO -> Windows 8.1 Pro & Enterprise ISO. Is it possible to do it? If possible, someone please tell me the link to download the patches

    Not possible, the patch size will be same as 8.1 iso size

    The delta size is almost same as untouched ISO.

    I thought that the patches will be smaller than the original ISO. By the way, thanks all for your answers :)
