....You want create a esd file for each of these indices? Files only in install win can do,that is index 4 and 5.
make wim with all the edition u want, using Gimagex app and then use wim-esd conversion tool to convert them all at once

What is the purpose of creating an esd file (and i don't mean an install.esd) you can't use without reconverting it to iso? The one you want to create already exists and you simply can download it.
