How to delete the old "bootmgr" file and folder?

    After the horrific 10586 update, I finally managed to run Advanced CleanUp that got rid of all the crap, EXCEPT for the Hidden BT Windows folder that contains "bootmgr" in addition to the one in C:\. Which one do I remove and how?

    If there any other option does not exist, then see the installation date.
    But how to remove it? So as always unnecessary files are removed. What is the issue.
