Yes I did have the new menu layout.... but recently I have had the yellow menu bar warning saying something like...."you may have been victim of software counterfeit" or " not genuine office"... I used OfficeRTool and KMS_VL_All to activate but my problem still exists.
Activation method was with OfficeRTool but I kept on getting some error like.... this version of office 365 is not genuine or im the victim of software piracy or something like that. I've activated using both officeRTool and KMS_VL_All to no avail. Problem still exists.

The pop up banner is gone but i didn't get a screenshot. I'm still left with no visual refresh on my menu. The registry entries all have the same value - 192.168.X.XX see attached.
Office 365 won't activate by KMS, and the error is due to a mistrust of the activation method. You will probably have to use a scrubber. KMS_VL_All is different. It also says about the banner. as long as you have them, it's fine, you not supposed to get any nag message about the second thing, re-run the script, maybe it will fix your problem if not, maybe scrub will help
