Hi all I want to say that I am a stenographer and I have to transcribe and make outlines of the dictation matters.
I have searched alot in internet but I didn't get a converter of making text to shorthand outlines (pitman).
There is a site which offers limited conversion of text2pitman.
I want to Know how I can get the .exe file of the embedded software which is online,so that i can use it for offline purposes
    Here is a link:

There is a how to document telling you what's used. It's all scripts, LaTeX (text editor of Linux heritage) and Postscript (rendering). No standalone software is used or embedded, especially not an EXE, that's not how online programs work.

There's a tool called VSTENO that's currently using another shorthand but could, according to the author, be adapted to all sorts of systems. Apart from that, software of that kind is almost non-existent.
