I can tell you this mutch if you have already flashed to version 1.0.18 with the official windows version from Dell you cannot reflash from within windows it won't let you because it says that the bios is same version you also cannot downgrade with windows flasher. It's totally up to yourself what method you use you could use the windows flasher by reflashing with the modded bin file but from what i have read you must run it as administrator. Read any post most will say flash fro dos if possible.
