how to flash through dos

    how do you flash the bios through dos?! For phoenix bios hp pavilion laptops?

    PH161700.EXE 30B7F42.WPH /O /Force /X /C /S


    change bios name to what ever yours is named

    what do i use?! usb stick? how do i make it a bootable usb stick?? hrmph
