Nowadays I use a lot of PCs that are blocking Admin privileges for all the users.

How could I have a portable virtual machine to be installed on my Flash Disk Drive that doesn't require any admin privileges?
I hope to find a solution with speed performance however!

    Thanks in advance!

Well, if you can not install on host PC virtualization software (as admin priv are required to do so) then you are almost out of luck.
You could try Qemu, but I always found it too slow. Give it a go anyway

Actually I've tried Qemu before, but it was very slow. What I'm trying to do now is to go over options and bootload my custom virtual disk, however, I don't have the BIOS password or any admin privileges. Do you have any idea about that?

Not without hacking. But if your admin locked it, there is a reason for it. Hacking might only land you in a very deep water. Definitely not recommended!

better is to speak to your admin (IT people, some are very reasonable... I know, I am...)
