i have to clean install a windows 7 64 bit.

this is a Business pc to print DVD's.

we are mainly using PrintFAB for faster drivers to publish, and there is 20 epson photo p50 to print dvd's.

now, do you have any idea about how to rebuild this setup?

I would add one each by plugging in USB at boot .. when OS opens it will ask for driver .. point to it .. when driver is loaded then reboot .. test .. now reboot add the 2nd the same way .. continue with the rest the same way

AFAIK you'll need to use USB Hubs, best would be 10 port hubs, and install the printer one by one as redroad mentioned. You have to give to each printer it's own USB Port (by number) and for to not get mixed up, mark the ports on Hub and printer with the corresponding number.

A firend was try similar and was testing with multi split cable, which wasn't work ok! Some printers were printing correctly and other not. So he used 10 Port USB Hubs and that worked after 2 days of testing. Also he was need to used high quality USB cables and finally used shielded cables because normal cables were not good enough. He use 16 printers, epson also and for DVD printing jobs too. Mainly he burn and prints low quantity (up to 300pcs) promotion DVD's for companies .
