how to install winget on WIN 10 IOT LTSC

    I have 10 IoT LTSC and no store..I have installed unigetUI manually .no chocolatey

    Okay, nevermind. Problem solved.
    I installed another package which uses winget and it worked.

    Libreoffice fails for some reason. Not sure why.
    Nevermind. Will just use old chocolatey version.
