I just bought a ZUNE mp3 player and before using it I need to install the software, but when I try to do so I get the following error: go.microsoft.com/fnlink/?LinkID=101231 When I visit this link I get the Zune web site to how to update my win XP. My win XP has the lattest SP3 so ;therefore, it is updated the only reason I can think of is that it's not genuine XP. I also got an error: Hllp://NSIS.sf.net/NSIS_error does any body have an answer? thanks
