Thank you for your reply. I am not sure what I would be missing in 240 but I am worried using 586 that the items that we removed may be reinstalled during an update in the future. I installed W10 recently and am disappointed in its speed vs W7. I am stuck deciding whether to try using a LTSB version of 10 or downgrade back to 7.
.........I did as the tutorial, but the onedrive always back in the start menu when connecting to the internet... like a plague...x_x
.......Telemetry was removed from system but i have a doubt,things like O & O, DWS, Spyboot, becomes unnecessary/obsolete for this finality??...
As long as this isn't a real LTSB it has to be re-done every few months, when a new build is released
Detailed Tutorial (1)- Download and Extract the MSMG Toolkit v3.3 to a folder created in partion C. (2)- Use Windows 10 Enterprise N ISO and extract it to the <DVD> folder of ToolKit-v3.3. (3)- Right click the "ToolKit-v3.3.cmd" and run it as Administrator, pressing A to Accept, then pressing ENTER key, then pressing 1 to choose Source, then pressing 1 to Select Source from <DVD> Folder, then pressing 1, then pressing ENTER to Enter the WIM Image Index to start Mount the Source. (4)- After Selecting & Mounting the Source WIM Images is Finished, pressing any key, then pressing 4 to Remove, then pressing 1 to Remove Default Metro Apps, then pressing 3 to Remove All Metro Apps. (5)- After Removing All Metro Apps is Finished, pressing any key, then pressing 4 to Remove, then pressing 2 to Remove Default Metro Apps Association. (6)- After Removing Default Metro Apps Association is Finished, pressing any key, then pressing 4 to Remove, then pressing 3 to Remove Windows Components, then pressing 1 to Remove All Windows Components:- Microsoft Biometrics Microsoft Edge Browser App Microsoft Hyper-V Microsoft OneDrive Desktop Client Microsoft Telemetry Services Microsoft Skype Video App Windows Contact Support App Windows Cortana & Search App Windows Defender Windows Feedback App Windows Retail Demo Offline Content (7)- After Removing All Windows Components is Finished, pressing any key, then pressing 6 to Apply, then pressing 1 to Apply Changes to Source WIM Images and Un-Mounting Source WIM Images. (8)- After Apply Changes to Source WIM Images and Un-Mounting Source WIM Images is Finished, pressing any key, then pressing 6 to Apply, then pressing 3 to Re-Build Source [Install.wim] WIM Image with Maximum Compression. (9)- After Re-Build Source WIM Images is Finished, pressing any key, then pressing 7 to Target, then pressing 1 to Make a ISO Image, then Enter the ISO Volume Label then pressing ENTER & Enter the ISO File Name then pressing ENTER. (10)- Now the job is Finshed, pressing any key, then pressing x to Quit, then pressing any key. (11)- Now Burn your DVD and Setup your windows and enjoy. Now the size of the outcome ISO is 2.98 GB after adding setp 8, many thanks to "Garbellano".
