To edit the key {450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103} do the following: Right-click on the key in the left pane. Select 'Permissions...'. Click on Advanced button. The Owner is listed as TrustedInstaller - click on 'Change'. Enter 'administrators' in the box and click 'OK'. Select the box 'Replace owner on subcontainers...'. Click on 'Apply'. Click on 'OK'. In the top pane select the Administrators group. In the lower pane select 'Full Control' and 'OK' out. Now you should now be able to edit the values in that key.
Thanks got it edited, but seems it does nothing in windows 8.1 sadly . Anybody found something useful for this little neat thing?
I edited the key in Windows 8.1 Pro as I was writing the guide. If it does not work for you in Win 8 then you probably have UAC enabled or are not running as an administrator.
