    Does anyone know why this tool uses an old version (1.10) of AMIMMWIN.EXE? Do the later versions have critical bugs?

    I think I do so why the comment in 17. at the first post of this thread. It should indicate "THIS IS IMPORTANT - do not flash our bios in a windows environment .... ". To key sequence a floppy flash prior to the real bios even posting with a loader to come is not a problem correct.

    If i am not a true OEM will my machine be slower :)

    I keep getting ignored. Please its a simple question, that needs a direct answer.

    Please i am doing a tripple boot. That is i already have windows vista, xp and ubuntu. Im planing on replacing the xp with windows 7.

    Do i need to unistall any of the cracks or loaders for vista ?

    I know that removing any of the cracks or loaders will put my vista in an unactivated state. so

    would i need to change the key to match the slic i chose to get it to activate again?

    Please keep in mind, that the main purpose of modding my bios, is for windows 7.

    If you have a slic bios, you need to uninstall all loaders and activators. You can then use the cert/slic in each Vista and W7 as per your oem. The xp should be set if you have slp in bios.

    slic2 gigabyte Failed extraction ???

    FIrst time runner of the Bios modder:
    downloaded bios but failed to load during flash (non destructive luckily)
    Status failed

    so tried myself : but get Ward ext.rom fails extraction
    the reason for me is unknown (I'm doing something wrong?)
