Why Award mod tool not working in Windows 7 x64? Error 57 is shown when modding failed. Only succeeded in Vista x86. Can anybody advise? TQ in advance!
Help with aflash2 locking up pc I am trying to flash a modded bios to a asus a7v600-x mb,i have tried to flash using the standard awdflash tool, after failing i was directed to a link for aflash2 this does not seem to do anything,i boot into dos type in "aflash2 /all" the floppy starts to read then the whole pc just locks up, the floppy icludes the modded bios and there are no error codes etc just a lockup which i have to press reset to get out from, any help would be appreciated.
i have tried modding my own and flashing and also one which you modded for me, i am trying to flash using aflash2 becaus using awardflash and asus own on board bios tool seemed to go through the steps flashing but after flash the bios still showed asus and no changes,is there another tool i could use because aflash2 just locks everything up.
