    Mainboard is Asus M2A-VM

I can not copy the download link , because im writing from the phone
of my friend. No real computer avaible.

It was the latest 2302 Bios, for the Mainboard from Asus support
    website.

When I go to my BIOS setup after computer boot, it says Phoenix - AWARD Bios, does that mean I can use the award tool or I can do nothing because of Phoenix?

    Need help

I tried modding my bios and when i flashed it and after rebooting it
I get a checksum error and have to press F1 to continue as it loads
the defaults again and won't let me use a floppy to restore my bios
with a working one. I try flashing in windows and it says the onboard
bios is not an award bios so if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

I am using a evga 7100/630i motherboard with bios 1.5.

This information does not help....EVGA Motherboards come in many forms....please give the bios download link for the bios and the source page of that download link.

Why are you so sure that ASUS SLICK 2.1 will never appear?
