Hi, I know, it is easily possible to open .pdf files in Chrome without download it first. However, for google search results, I'm also looking for similiar native functionalities/settings to open .doc(s)/any office files directly in chrome to get first glance without downloading and open it with MS Office. Extension suggestion/any workaround is also welcome. Even opening with Google docs is also welcome but not preferred. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
@Rez Huq I don't know of any browser that has this feature or has ever had one. Therefore, you must have the program/app installed (the simplest and smallest of these is Atlantis Word Processor) or you must use web-based services that do not require the installation of any additional programs. And there are many on the web that you can use.
