how to pick a docking station

    external hdd's uses a lot of power, you need usb hub with external power supply. about docking station - pick one up which will suit your needs. I'm using HP notebook with docking station, docking station was the cheapest one, now it costs 20$ on amazon :D most interesting thing usb hub limits power with external power supply ~500mA per port, without power supply ~70-100mA,it's too low for hard drive spin-up, you may need even external PSU's for your hard drives. :) if hard disks are 3.5" with power supply then everything should work. models of all compatible docking stations should be in your notebook manual.
    last question, just checked in google, does it support docking stations? :confused: in lenovo forums it's said that support of docking stations is only in business class notebooks.
