    When we drag N drop My computer to taskbar, it gets pinned to windows explorer instead of creating a new place for itself. Windows explorer opens libraries which irritates me and lots of users. So, I’ve found an easy trick to pin My personal Computer to Windows SEVEN taskbar.

    Follow the simple actions below to make it be right for you:

    1) Right click upon Desktop, and select New > Shortcut.

    2) In location with the item enter the following string exactly as granted below:

    %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /E,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

    3) Provide a name to shortcut. One example is, My Computer

    4) Now you’ll see a new shortcut of ‘My Computer’ added to desktop. It has the identical icon like that connected with Windows explorer. You can change its icon if you wish.

    5) To pin the shortcut to House windows 7 Taskbar, just right mouse click on it and select “Pin in order to Taskbar”.

    6) Enjoy! A person's direct shortcut to My computer is pinned on taskbar now.
