I'm using OneDrive sync to store my files, it works great. With a large file that is uploading (>5Gb), sometimes I need to turn off my computer, and when the Windows start again, I see that the OneDrive sync engine still keep the last state (example: 10% uploading). But it can't resume from this state if I choose Shut down, or Restart, it works only with Hibernate.

With Shutdown or Restart action, it starts again from 0%. So, is there any way to keep the OneDrive Sync from the last state?
I think that hibernate many times is not good for the hard disk
And I have installed all updates from MS
