How to speed up boot process under Windows 8 with xbootmgr?

    Anyone knows if this is possible with the new Windows Performance Toolkit as it was in Windows 7?

    I doubt that makes sense when you use Hybrid boot/fast startup.

    w8 boot faster than w7, you just need to disable unused services and start-up programs, and clean registry.
