Has anyone figured out how to stop WMP from downloading album art? It is common knowledge in WMP that the following does absolutely nothing: Library Tab - Uncheck - Retrieve additional information from the Internet Privacy Tab - Uncheck - Update music files by retrieving media info from the Internet On my computer, I have set the drive permissions to disable write access, and that is a decent workaround, but it does not work well for the NAS, which is a different OS. Is there any way, reg-edit or hack to really make WMP stop messing with my music files and folders?
