Just for info: Seems, timebomb restriction (2018/12/31) and Preview branding were removed from Office 2019. At least it was not found in build 16.0.10707.20000 installed from Dogfood_Devmain channel.
Same channel. Mine had Preview removed from previous (16.0.10705) but now with today's update to 16.0.10707.20000 the Preview branding was added back again. This is also on Dogfood_Devmain.

Hi, I downloaded Office 2019 and it is retail . In order to use volume key I need it to convert it to Volume version. How to convert an already installed version to volume version? OR from where can I download full OFFICE 2019 proplus volume preview so that I can install it with volume key? Thanks.
That could be, I don't understand the licencing quite so well. I had used the latest "KMS_VL_ALL-SppExtComObjPatcher-kms-22" yesterday but don't know how to choose licences specifically other than just whatever the scripts do automatically.
As already confirmed by DiamondMon, it needs a _AE Volume license (converted) Office 2019. Abbodi1406's KMS activator does only KMS activation, but no license certficate conversion. You must either use his Office 2019 Retail2VL converter or use OfficeRTool's function (C) CONVERT OFFICE RETAIL TO VOLUME.
