I don't know if it's normal but my Office 365 Professional Plus doesn't automatically update to newer builds. It stayed in the 16.0.10827.20138 build until I manually updated it.
good afternoon everyone! I do not know if it's the right topic, so excuse me if you're not in the right place. I have won an authentic and original key from office professional plus 2019. and I want to use it, though I am facing a problem When I try to use any C2R method to install only the programs I use most (word-excel-powerpoint), when I try to register I get the information that the serial is from the office professional plus 2019 ... when I install the complete office, With all its programs, the serial works normally! I ask: can not I just use word, excel and powerpoint? do I have to install all those programs contained in the suite? Sorry for english, I'm using google translate
Serial is tied to SKU Office ProPlus 2019. If you only want some (not all) Office apps from this suite, then you must exclude the unwanted apps to prevent them from installing. HowTo do this? Look at separate Office 2019 thread -> https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/discussion-microsoft-office-2019.75232/.
I'm a newb so forgive me. However, after selecting install, I select Click2Run and Office 2019 Plus. I then select the apps I want to exclude, etc and whether I want it to be a direct or config file setup (the one where you type "C"). After I select my choice (I've tried both methods) to move forward, it tells me the install path, and it goes back to the main menu. Nothing is installed from what I can tell. I tried selecting the 2016 Plus version also. Still nothing happens. My download is titled as follows: 16.0.11001.20074_en-US_x64_Monthly_Channel. What am I doing wrong?
Old Office version removed before? Uninstall from control panel, programs and features is not enough. You must use MS FixIt-tool to fully clean Office from system. See page #1, post#4, section#5 -> https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...wnload-install-activation.62571/#post-1085328.
Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, this didn't work. I did have Office 2013 installed previously. I did as the instructions said (I performed this twice actually - 4 reboots), yet no change. Is something supposed to popup and start or do I need to click something else in the OfficerTool folder after I install? Finally, would the ODT method work to install it (I know they say that 2019 is Click2Run, but I am all out of ideas)? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm very confused by this. *note: The Fix It app always says there was a problem uninstalling Office, and that it will completely remove all Office versions. Clicking next will remove all Office products. It then says everything is clean/removed. Also, upon closer investigation "My Office" was installed (for Office 365 I believe and might have come with windows). It was there even after running the Fix It app. I removed it and once again ran Fix It as instructed.
Hello, I am trying to install an office installation on top of an office installation. The reason behind this is to be able to have the proofing tools of the second office install which is in a different language. Yes, I could install the proofing tools seperately, as a standalone, but I do not want to run Windows Update on these computers, and I would rather have everything up-to-date post installation. The trouble I'm running into is that I get an error 30182-39 after trying to install the second package. I've tried both the clicktorun and setup.exe installers, but nothing helps. I did not activate the first install but left everything as is after the install, rebooted, and commenced the second install. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I downloaded ".img" file of office 2019 professional. I ran C2R tool. It says " could not detect office clicktorun service". Can anybody give detailed conversion and activation guide?
Office 2019 has a separate thread. This way please -> https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/discussion-microsoft-office-2019.75232/.
First try default method using Office Deployment setup.exe. If this doesn't work, then I'm afraid I'm out of clues. And move over to Office 2019 thread -> https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/discussion-microsoft-office-2019.75232/. There the chance is higher, that others can help you. And you will find some more tools for install Office2019 which you could try.
ODT worked. Last stupid question (I hope): Do i need to keep OfficeRTools on my PC so reactivate every 180 days?
OfficeRTool doesn't provide automatic renewal within the KMS period of 180 days. You have to manually redo KMS activation. It's not that much effort, besides remembering the ending date (and having OfficeRTool ready on disk). And this date is listed in (A) SHOW ACTIVATION STATUS. If you need automatic renewal, then you can take Microsoft Toolkit, KMSpico or KMS_VL_ALL to create an automatismn for renewal. But here you need some parts to be active on harddisk, too.
Ok, I managed to get two language versions working by combining the setup files and modifying the configure64.xml Please disregard
I have a question. I have Office 365 Professional Plus installed, but if I go to check the details it says "Office Professional Plus 2016" and it seems I can't get latest update (so 2019) even if it looks like the latest build, the GUI looks like 2016 version. Is it normal or should I change something? Thank you.
