A comparison shot(or two or however many required to showcase the new change...even if it's really subtle) of new ribbon compared to the old ribbon, would be nice and I would of course do this myself except none of my office installs have the new ribbon so I can't...or don't know what it's suppose to look like...

Production::CC = channel Monthly = official retail channel Production::LTSC = PerpetualVL2019 = official vl channel different for example in version (now): 16.0.10342.20010 vs 16.0.11328.20158 But the channel can be used as it wants.
No, I don't think the new office 365 icons have been released for windows users yet. They've been released for Mac users.
