Please make sure there are no files ending with "_2" in the following directory. Setup\Office\Data\16.0.12430.20288 For me it worked after removing _2 from the names of files. Regards DX
I got Office 365 Pro Plus installed into a pc, i need to change the "old" hdd to a new ssd, but i prefer to install Windows and Office from zero. Is there a way, a tool, to backup my Office activation and re-activate it on the reinstalled ssd? Thanks!
Hello, Recently I've been messing with KMS Pico, KMS_VL_ALL and Office Plus Tool to get Office 365 running. Unfortunately I seem to have messed with something I shouldn't have, and after rebooting I started getting the watermark again. I don't even know what or how I should debug; when I try running KMS_VL_ALL I get a blank error message; when I try running KMSPico's remove watermark script; it just makes the watermark a bit brighter for a few seconds (KMSPico Portable also just exists saying "I have nothing to do here") Help is appreciated, I'll provide any info requested.
If it is O365 UWP then none of the used tools can activate it (delete kmspico, it's over and abandoned).
Is there a version / channel etc I can download to get the Office 365 versions of each M$ app ? Oh wait what really.. nothing can activate the 365 apps ? :-( Is UWP whatever that means a special version or is that any 365 style Word/Excel/Outlook ?
I am trying to use this YAOCTRU V.5 script. I am bit confused. i choose perpetual vl, and other parameters which folows, And i put 16.0.10357.20081_x64_en-US_PerpetualVL2019_aria2 to aria2 folder and script started to do its work, but after it is finished, it says there were some errors. I dont know what is about. What will be if i choose instead of perpetualVL some other choice and which is best to choose, since i dont know what they means.
I choose monthly enterprise and this time went well without errors. But there is another problem, at least for me. In newly made folder. there are no any exe for installation. Only folders such as 16.0.12430.20368 where there no exe files inside it. And two rar files beside that main folder. How to install it?
First of all thanks for the great effort. Two things i've noticed: #1. I am on Windows 10 Insider channel (fast ring). Every time a new windows version gets released, office 365 (2016 Mondo) breaks and i have to repair it (the quick repair does not work either, so full repair is needed.) #2. Once i repair it, office needs to be reactivated (i guess it has to do with the licensing trick for Windows 10 insiders). Last time i upgraded windows to latest version, office kms activation worked perfectly. This time (build 19582) it doesn't. It get's stuck on (Activation failed message appears after 5 minutes or so): " Activating Office 16, Office16MondoVL_KMS_Client edition Activation failed ____________________________________________________________________________ No Instance(s) Available. No Instance(s) Available. Activation failed ____________________________________________________________________________ No Instance(s) Available. No Instance(s) Available. i am quite shure what is broken -> the user in front of the PC 1. you use a Windows 10 Insider channel version (THIS IS A TEST VERSION) 2. you use Mondo withtout to know what MONDO is sorry, but why you wonder / ask 'Any clues/ideas on what could be broken?'
if you read more carefully what i said, you wouldn't have wasted my time to reply to you (nor yours) 1. captain obvious 2. the conversion from retail to volume converts office to Mondo version, at least that's what happened in my case in previous upgrade of windows insider version, the kms office activation worked fine. 179 days to be exact. now the activation doesn't work at all. so instead of trying to get 5 seconds of fame, say something useful or do something more productive (e.g. watch an ice cube melting)
To fix the license issue of office, use Office Scrubber Run files Remove_Licenses.cmd and Uninstall_Keys.cmd and afterwords open any office app to let it repair itself or run Reset_Licenses.cmd These files have the fix for windows insider issue with the office activation. Later run KMS_VL_ALL to activate the office. It should fix it. Windows insider issue with office activation is well known and fix is available. Mondo is a proper product that works fine without issues.
Just a heads up (this is not the fault of the tool, but is something to be aware of) that for whatever reason, over the last week, MS has been playing games with versions. For example, last Monday the Insider build was 16.0.12703.20010. On Wednesday, it was back to 16.0.12527.20278. On Friday, 16.0.12711.20000 came out, but later that day it was showing 16.0.12527.20278 again. By today, we were on 16.0.12711.20000 again, but, you guessed it, a little later, back to an old favorite:16.0.12527.20278, which is where it is as I type this. That build, btw, is the build showing for all of them except Monthly Channel Targeted (ignoring Dogfood), which is not normal in and of itself.
@apn3a : l will check KMS activation on newest Win10 Insider. Thank you for reporting. @bjf2000 : Will think about how to deal with this version in's and out's.
