This OfficeRTool is amazing. I initially installed Office 2021 Preview but then KMS_VL-ALL suddenly stopped working. It gave an error "Can't convert Retail to VL". SO, I opened OfficeRTool and converted Preview to VL. It succeeded. After that, I activated it using OfficeRTool's KMS activator. It also succeeded. It even converted 2021 Preview to Office 2021. Thanks to the coder or creator of OfficeRTool, whoever you are.
Hi, I can't activate any Office version downloaded from here. It doesn't find anything. I tried VL first, then retail. Retail won't convert either with C2R, says "Could not detect Office ClickToRun service". -.- Wth do I need to do?? Edit: when I open an Office app it says product activated. Didn't even run KMS this last time; downloaded the 2016 standard English retail version. Wtf??
Btw the OfficeRTool includes a file WinDivert64.sys which is undeletable and is listed as malware by pretty much every site. Thought you should know. If it's just some library used to bypass something needed for activation, then why make the file undeletable? Some very shady s**t right there.

Yes. You can trust OfficeRTool which works for years, or if not, leave it. Be sure: If there were really any so called "malware" integrated in OfficeRTool, other reputated members would cry out load (louder than you).
Hi, I used "OfficeRTool" to download Office 2019 latest i.e. 16.0.14026.20270, and installed + convert Retail to VL, then activated. All process succeeded according to OfficeRTool. But when I launhed Excel 2019, popup said somethig like "Licence has problem", eventhough Accout information says "Produc Licensed". Yes, I coud use Excel, but every time I launch the program that popup comes up. Annoying!! Is there any way to eliminate this issue ? I guess VL numbers installed by OfficeRTool are blacklisted now by MS.
Same problem here, says my office is now a counterfeit version. Also this command: setup.exe /download Configuration.xml Isn't downloading anything, Task Manager is not showing any signs that it is downloading something. EDIT: Used the Office Tool 8.2. Worked flawlessly for me. The nag screen is now gone as well.

I downloaded the tool you suggested and ran it as Admin to figure out some point on my issue; The point is Office RTool may have some flaw to convert Retail to VL including product key. All I did with "OfficeToolPlus v8.2" WERE; 1. Activate menu- License Control ; Delete llicense ( check that Office 2019 woun’t launch) 2. Then still in License Control, "Install Office2019ProPlus Retail" (ckeck Office ProPlus2019 actually Excel 2019 requested SIgn-in, of course I will not do) 3. Close Excel 2019. Then install Office2019ProPlus VL" (check Excel 2019 launched without the issue) OK, the issue is now eliminated that OffficeRTools could not do, installing Retail and VL license both although Retail to VL was already done in OfficeRTool. I wonder that OffieRTool "OfficeRTool2021June01.7z" has some flaw on 16.0.14026.20270 Office 2019 and can not eliminate VL License problem I got. Need more gimmick to OfficeRTool.

It happend in OfficeProPlus 2019 16.0.14026.20270 https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...nstall-activation.62571/page-225#post-1666356 When I launched Excel 2019 , the popup said someting like "License problem detected", it seemed that the Office became "counterfeit". So I checked the activation status and found that it is still having days left for use. Oh my, although I surely did "convert retail to VL" , re-enterring the product-key office2019 nagged that key is VL but the product is not installed". From this January when I installed 16.0.13628.20274, I had no such problem, but 16.0.14026.20270 did such warining. Using another tool "OfficeToolPlus v8.2", I once deleted license, installed RETAIL License, then Volume License eliminated this problem. Yes, it needs retail and volume license key both NOW. I guess OfficeRTool's "Retail to Volume" conversion still need more process to work the product as VL. If you have time, please consider this for next update. ******************** EDIT As abbodi1406 pointed in his post below, this double license will not work, for 5 days only authorization done. So. using ODT+config.xml for Perpetual VL Office 2019 might be the solution for now.
