Guys kindly help me, I want to use this tool to download offline setup of 64 bit office 2019 professional plus perpetual vl in which there is no banner problem I have set the download path, but not getting any option to download perpetual vl 2019 version, is it montly enterprise version, or am I wrong
I use a Microsoft account and 'All connected services" is enabled under Account Privacy. But my Office 2021 has been working fine and very stable.

There is no setup.exe file for PerpetualVL2019 update channel files, the user needs to use ODT to install it. -- R2V conversion doesn't change the update channel, the banner depends upon the update channel.
Ah, you mean the menu 7 Convert Office C2R-R2V of KMS_VL_ALL? Yes I did for the file that I had the issue dwomloded with OfficeRTool.,the version was 16.0.14026.20270 maybe "Retail". But no luck for that files. So, I uninstalled all Office2019 as well as useing OfficeScrubber_5f to clear the past authorization. Then did this time VL file download and installation with ODT+xml. Files are "VL Perpetual" accrding to config.xlm used, so there is no need for Retail-VL conversion any more.

I had the same issue with Office 2021 on Windows 10 20H2. Tried the 3rd way in "Experimental solutions" today. It worked perfectly.
A new OfficeRTool version (2021/June/22) was released today - Removed: Installation of Office ProPlus 2019 Retail - Added: Installation of Office ProPlus 2019 Volume using channel PerpetualVL2019 (*) - Removed: Installation of Office ProPlus 2021 Retail - Added: Installation of Office ProPlus 2021 Volume using channel PerpetualVL2021 (*) (*) install needs download of new setup-files from PerpetualVL2019/-2021 distribution channel - Added possibility to (R)eset / Repair Office. This removes all licenses and starts official Office repair program (quick-/online repaIr) - Added latest Office Deployment Tool "setup.exe" - build 14026-20306 (file dated 2021/06/16) No other features and/or changes were added. Download-links and checksums in OP were updated.
@ratzlefatz thank you for your efforts, just downloaded perpetual vl 2019 and made setup too for normal install This tool is the best and easy way to install and download office
I can't seem to get the new version/beta to work... I'm running Office 2019 Version 2105 (Build 14026.20308). I used option C to convert, then K to install the KMS activator, which was successful, however now when I open Office I get a message to say "There's a problem with your Office license" Any suggestions? For now, I have reverted to the original install Office 2019 Version 1808 (Build 10730.20102) and disabled the updates and that seems to work fine. edit: corrected version number
