@abbodi1406 Good morning, I have a problem with installation of Office Pro Plus 2019 on my new laptop running Win7 64 bits I use YAOCTRU and YAOCTRI 9.0 After YAOCTRI_Installer.cmd launch in admin, the installation stops In the "Installation d'Office" window, the cursor stays just below the first f of Office I have tried witout any success: - the different ways of installing 1 or 2 or 3 in YAOCTRI_Configurator - reboot PC in safe mode (witout all programs and services) I have already installed this Suite on others PC without problem! I try to install Office Pro Plus 2019 Volume with the files I download several monthes ago with the 10 links given by YAOCTU 5.0 (DL option =1, Full Office Source, 16.0.12527.20442 in the file name)
Is Win7 updated? at least with KB4490628 and KB4474419 you may also need to install VC++ 2019 redistributable how the installation stops exactly? it hang or terminate?
Win7-64 is updated till may 2020 ESU KB4490628 and KB4474419 are installed V C++ 2015-2019 x86 and x64 are installed (14.28.29914) The installation stops with "Installation d'Office" window, the cursor stays just below the first f of Office I just try with YAOCTRU 7.3 with 7 files downloads, version 16.0.10376.20033: exactly same problem
How long it hang? did try to set DisplayLevel to true? you may also check *.log files in C:\Windows\Temp
It hangs endless, for sure more than 1/4h DisplayLevel is set to true, I see the "Installation d'Office" window What can I check in the log files?
The guide is for the installation part only. For activation part you need to Run KMS_VL_ALL after this step.
Thanks for your proposal I have tested different CTR packages with all the same problem I don't want to reinstall all my PC, so I am now looking for Office 2016 or even 2013 with the old Microsoft installer .msi I have not yet find it in MDL, can you help me?
