Hi, I had an phone activated Office 2013 I used a "Office 2013 Pro Plus Volume License MAK Key" and activated it using phone activation method about 3/4 years ago. I Still have the old Installation ID and confirmation ID. took screenshot. How Can I use the old installation ID and Confirmation id to activate the product again? Because the mak key is now showing blocked in "MSactplus test.
Hi, if I have Office 2019 ProPlus installed and activated through VL, how can I convert it to Mondo license to get the visual refresh?

Nvm, I thought I could convert Office 2019 Professional Plus to Office 2016 Mondo but further reading on the forum made me understand that I have to uninstall Office 2019 and install Office 365 ProPlus to get Mondo
Dumb question: I've never used Mac before but I'm buying one. Is the Office install and activation similar to windows/ Or do you need different files (not including the Office installer which I expect do be different)? Better yet, are there instructions on this forum? I searched and so far all I have see is the serializer but havent yet seen how I apply it, etc.
For mac, everything from microsoft is different, including the Office suite itself Search for office serializer and just install it. That's it!

Is anyone else missing some of the new functions in Excel? I'm using Microsoft 365 Enterprise on WIndows 10 and am on the latest beta channel version 15003.20004. The dynamic array functions (UNIQUE, SORT, etc.) have disappeared completely and the new LAMBDA, MAP, BYCOL, etc. functions only appear occasionally if I close and reopen Excel (I think that might have something to do with Excel having Internet access?). I've tried scrubbing, restarting, installing different versions (Business 365, Enterprise 365, 2021 LTSC), using different update channels (beta, current preview, current), OfficerRTool and YAOCTRI, enabling/disabling telemetry, enabling/disabling Internet access, etc. but nothing seems to work. I don't know if there are some old registry files left behind by the scrubber that I need to remove manually. I also seem to be stuck with the old interface (looks like this: trainingconnection.com/dist/images/excel/screen-excel-tooltip.png), which might be a related issue. I really don't understand why I'm getting a mix of old and new features...
Recently I saw a similar report and also with the test update channel there were no necessary functions. The user did not write if he could solve the problem. Recommend: Perform the removal in a regular way; Perform cleaning through OfficeScrubber; Delete manually what's left in the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office & HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office), similarly check and clean policy entries in the registry, Office folders inside user system folders; Install the appropriate licensed edition from your account or via ODT. Check for feature availability first during the activation request period, then after the activation is complete. If it doesn't help or features will be removed after activation, consider contacting official Microsoft support. The cases are isolated, so it is difficult to say about the causes of the problem. Exploring Office reports takes skill and time.
