Holly crap. i have been do this stuff for years,
but i have been reading for hours and still can not find info weather
i can install Office 2019 on windows 8.1.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to install Office 2019 on Windows 8.1 before i uninstall my Office 2013 and try these scripts.

Need outlook 2019 or higher because of Google new login rules for e-mail clients starting at end of this month.

I am pretty sure OfficeRtool only supports Office 2016 on windows 8.1
I think wotok_mdl.cmd supports Office 2019 on windows 8.1, but not sure what is needed or the steps involved.
I see the click to run scripts but not sure which Office version i should select for Windows 8.1 or if it matters.

I have Office Pro Plus 1808 img, or 1809 setup files with the wotok script. Was looking for info about them before i try but i would like to read and know the steps will/should work before i try it, i hate trial and error.
Just not finding steps for Windows 8.1 and Office 2019.

So if anyone can point me in the right direction or tell it not possible that would be great.

Well i just read something that might explain what i was asking let me know if this is the only way please.

I have a problem,
since I begin to use ESC chars, for new version of officeRTool.
it not look so good under Win 7, 8.
Need alternative that will work good without using PS.
I am Open for Suggestion.

Than use offline install to install 365

 

Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise is Click-to-Run if done through OfficeRTool.

 

I think you have to select option S for custom install.

 

I don't see such an option under INSTALL OFFICE FROM OFFLINE INSTALL PACKAGE.
