    i installed Office 2016 C2R Ver 16.0.6568.2025 (32Bit) but i did not get the latest Functions in Excel (IFS,TEXTJOIN etc.) i got the Black Theme though

    i did clean install from different Branches ( I,C) , i even installed mix of versions on top , but no luck sorry for my bad English and the long post

    PC Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit

    Yes, I have used the VL-ISO from Oct/2015. I thought when I noticed the MSI VL build number added to post #6 on first page that we could now download latest VL build just like the C2R builds and skip the office updates.

    Is there a password to open the O2016RTool 7z file? I can't extract it with 7z. A password window popped up.
