I am having an issue with some images not displaying in IE. Some pictures do show up. In the wallpaper thread here I am able to see some wallpapers but others do not show up. I am getting the dreaded red X instead of the image. I have enabled the setting in advanced options and clicking show picture does not work. I cleared the temp internet files. Any ideas. Thanks.

My screen resolution is 1280 x 1024, so I can not use the Snap feature.
Is there any way I can use the Snap feature like in WDP using a registry tweak?
