HP dx7400 limited bios

    I have a Hp dx7400 configuration:
    motherboard- MSI 7352
    cpu- E2200

    the problem is it has an oem bios: no CPU multiplier, aperture size etc
    is it some how possible to upgrdae or unlock those options?
