If it is PS/2, simply uninstall it and restart computer. Windows will install it itself again. If this doesn't help, use Google search and find the best for Your computer and install it. Usually You must install it manually or use some third party driver installer. There is many different variants and it's not mandatory that there is somwhere Your computer's name but is better, if there is the keyboard and mouse versions. Sometimes even those are not mandatory. In most cases the Windows generic driver works well and not needed look for any others.
You might try a different kb/mouse that the server can recognize Edit; Connect to the server RDP and see if you can install the drivers on the server
