Nice! This should do the trick ;-) Fingers crossed that this also works on an X510. You never know, although it is the same hardware.

Were you able to successfully install this new image in VMWare ?

I think we will have to integrate Vmware network drivers into the tftpd boot image...Will try it out later...

Did not bother with the PXE, as it was much eaxsier to do it the "old" way (as per post #27)
Only catch is to make the vmdk with at least 60-80Gb free space after the 20Gb system (so 100Gb) in total

Also there is already HP MSS/Data Vault 3.0 Patch1 - 150Mb
