After enter 3 times admin wrong passw I don't get look code, just on-screen keyboard and after reboot system. My sku D9Y17AV s/n CNU3289MTC and uuid 1A2EE6670850E411BBA5C5DE0C10A0E2 bios version F.47. Tanks in advice.
At this time, I would suggest running the Windows version of my tool set and use the 'Make All' feature. This will produce ~40 different keys and a bat file to run them all. We may make a match.
Mazzif first of all thank you for this great support for a lott of people. Its realy great work. I have an HP8460P Elitebook and no bios password. Before I going to use your tool , I would like to know if the tool also works if the BIOS is not locked by 3 times wrong password. I can use the laptop now and want to know if it can done . I need te BIOS password to update it thank you Arno T.
arno, Im not sure I understand the question. If its not locked, you shouldn't need the tools here. If it is locked, the 8460P should be supported, and has seen many successes. There is no harm in trying. Worst case is message 'Laptop not supported' due to specific System ID.
RE Mazzif, the Notebook is not locked I am using it but I can not get in to the BIOS or do any BIOS update because the BIOS is password protected. Or do you have another option to reset the BIOS when you can use the Notebook but you do not have the BIOS password. I hope the question is now clear. Thank you

If you read: 3] If you receive a white screen during POST about missing or invalid system board information, use this option to reprogram your board. It may ask for Serial Number, Part Number (SKU), Asset Tag number, or ConfigurationID (If asked for Config ID, use 25 0's (Twenty-Five Zeros)

I cant remember all the models but did it tell you that you must run program again? If so select option 2 for second run.
