    May I recommend to use GITHUB for keeping a valid download link Mazzif? Me and a friend have a few laptops we need to unlock but every link we found (this forum and others) are all broken / nonexistent. I would love to try this tool.

    Mega link appears to be dead. Anyone have luck unlocking the BIOS on a HP Elitebook 8470p?

    I have. If the laptop allows it you can set up a bootable USB to try and override it. I managed to find SOME variation of Mazzif's work and did unlock some laptops but the laptop itself needs to have USB boot allowed. I havent tested with a bootable HDD yet. It should work on a 8470p with the shotgun mode.

    Hey all,

    i need to reset the Bios Masterpassword of my laptop hp elitebook folio 9470m, cant find a way. Pls help. I know very well thats not easy with an office notebook but i have to find a way exept calling HP for that bin file. Thx a lot in advance.

    Bios-revision: 68SRR ver.F.23
    Bios-date: 03/09/2012

    Pls really need a tool to reset bios password
    Need to change settings in bios setup

    I'm happy that I found this good thread. I have a HP Compaq nx6125,
    S/N: CND5460XXK, P/N: PY533ES#AKB
    Has anybody an idea to remove the bios-password?
