Can someone who has integrated an OEM into an installation disc let me know if it modified the login screen for you? It appears to have a usertile modification but it is quite ugly as it retains the border. On OEM installations does the border disappear?
Could you please upload these 2 folder for HP. C:\HP (this is a hidden folder) C:\windows\web\wallpaper\Hewlett-Packard Backgrounds Thanks in advanced.

I didn't copy the HP folder because all they were were netzero and ISP pics and crap people don't need. And MS Office 2007 H&S. Its like 800MB. I will compress it and put it on DVD, and then upload it, but don't expect it until tomorrow night or sunday. I will do both G60 and DV6.
Ah, I will check! EDIT: yes, its under C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Installed Themes - I will dump those, thanks. EDIT: I will also rewrite the program for the HP oobe to only take the files, and not everything in the folder so its not so big. Then I will dump all files used in oobe.xml from C:\HP.
No problem! I am glad to help. I plan to get the ASUS, HP HDX, Dell Studio Laptop, Gateway, Gateway Netbook (AMD), and Acer. Just waiting on them to be shipped. I do receive a recovery disc library from HP every quarter, but we won't receive it until the first week of december :\
Also as a note, I will look into local universities here in los angeles, which might be updating to Windows 7. If I see anything, I will copy the NonSLP and MAK/SLP Key. (Most Universities use Dells with Enterprise/Professional OEM:SLP VLM Keys). I am not sure how they were set up for Vista, but when I ran them through Product Key checkers it said OEM SLP VLM. I will keep everyone updated.
