hi recently friend of mine used my pc and since then no idea how my permissions are not good, i own all account including admin account , i can install programs everything but most software to be runing i must go to thrir directory and always start run them with admin privilegies otherwise thry fail to start... i even made a win 7 repair but still problem remain i think i need some permissions for my local C and may be some reg fixing. i can use whatever u can suggest to me live cd dvd , or safe mode etc i can even make a new account i must fix the problem to my current account somehow.
