The whole debunk thing was about it not being "RTM status". I think we all knew something this complex would get patched to hell and back.

i got this file url only because its sha1 hash was posted in KB article

For start menu update u have to wait for few months

 

That update failed i don't know why ! and i think windows will download it again i use Enterprise 64 with MTK 2.5 and KIS 2014
by the way why i always have some updates failed to install ?

 

It might be due to internet conectivity problem if you always have such kind of problem u can also use windows hotfix downloader nd can install updates manually

 

This is the 2nd update for same KB. I've applied it, rebooted and search for new updates. Nothing new all is ok.

I think just a correction due to problem for some users with the orginal one.
