taken from answers. Microsoft.com run cmd with admin and choose method 1 worked instant for me .. rename to bat

 

Yup nothing helped before, but this bat file did the trick 100 %

 

It worked forme too (using option 2 from main menu)

 

I ran the script and now I have the upgrade icon. First time I glossed over the instruction about running it in an elevated prompt and it didn't work. Next time I did the way the instructions said and it worked.

The "Get Windows 10" icon and reserve setup started for me after I signed up to Windows Insider. I am using a Microsoft Account to sign in on my computer which I think is required if you want to get the prompt by signing up to Windows Insider. I used the same email for signing into Windows that I signed up with for Windows Insider.

method 2 for me,i guess now the only thing to do is wait until the download starts and finishes.
