    Personally I never seen a computer machine that doesn't get hot no matter how low the voltage is.

    To me sounds like chipset drivers and graphics drivers. A default win 7 installation is laggy until those are installed.

    Nothing like trying an intel T-seriers processor matched with low voltage L-series memory, maybe you change your opinion, if you don't use the "computer machine" for gaming.

    i never seen one of does in person but yes i hear they run nice cool.
