    i use the key on the side the panel of the comp and it accept it

    I restarted the comp and I m still on the black screen

    with the bottom corner writting
    windows not genuine:fear2:

    The reason this is so is you installed your product key instead of bypassing an choosing installl later. I am going to eat dinner now and will be back in 30 minutes. Don't be discouraged a solution is there.

    i see
    what I would do is to reinstall the OS that should take about 30 min or less
    I would choose not to write a key but to activated later online option

    question:

    if the hd has a factory image on a separate partition on the hd

    is there way to recuperated or run the factory image?

    One problem with that is all the bloat will be back. Is the current install reporting genuine and validated?
