Hello I think I found another way to fix the bug in VMware that makes the audio saturate and crackle on Windows 2000/XP VMware VMs There is already the VMAudioFixTray software that exists to fix this. But I accidentally discovered that if you run a Discord voice call on the host while the VM is running, it fixes the sound problem! It also works if I open the OBS software. I don't know if this has been discovered before, but I share this technique.
