Dear mates, I am using dell latitude D520 laptop since 2006 its having 1 gb Ram now i would like to upgrade it. first i try to found out DDR version of my laptop. SO i use piriform Speccy software it shows my RAM is 1.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 332MHz (5-5-5-15) and i checked in system properties it shows T2300@1.66GHZ,980MhZ. I wish to know the maximum upgradation of RAM for my Laptop.
