Your HP Compaq Pro 4300 Small Form Factor PC appears to have an Intel HD Graphics 2500 integrated graphics device.

From what I can determine, neither its support site or the Intel support site have Windows Vista 32-bit or 64-bit drivers.

Hopefully, the drivers in post #2 will work for you.

No need to guess. It's IVY bridge CPU. IVY bridge all have the same integrated VGA, which is called either HD2500 or HD4000, depending the CPU destination.

The former is weaker and it's used in low end SKU or in middle (S) / low power (T) CPUs and most Xeon flavors, the latter beefier and is used on higher end SKUs.

Lol no I did that before you posted
I'm gonna use yours cause the ones from the ASRock site crashes when trying to launch Intel settings .
Thanks for all your help how you've managed to find the driver at archive org?
I tried Searching but only found a huge Intel site driver archive with is also compressed to .zip format

Just used duckduck and searched for "installing vista on IVY bridge"

my server use the same CPU, but I never installed Vista or 2008 on it, so I didn't have the drivers ready.

Perhaps the 3470S is one of the best CPU ever made by Intel all taken in account. Is modern enough to run well anything, is old enough to not have problem with XP or Vista, Is fast enough to run a server with many services and a couple of VMs always running, and does that sipping electrical power, given the "S" SKU.

Last but not least it is dirty cheap nowadays (I got it + 4GB + a Intel branded ITX MB for 35 euro, from the UK before the brexit)

Yeah there are also tons of Lenovo Thinkcentre Tiny, which are more or less the same spec and the same size, sold for less than 100 euro on ebay, and less on alibaba
