Hi guys. I have been looking on ebay these past few weeks. Well my old LGA 775 board has picked up some minor faults,the main one is the rear USB has stopped working. Worked round it with a USB back plate running off the USB headers. any way. So, been looking on ebay and getting a new board, well new to me,put it that way. I seem to be drawn to Asus and the Sabertooth. Dont know why,just like the look. So while looking about I have noticed there are a lot of broken i5 and i7 boards and they all have faulty cpu sockets,damaged pins and the like. This has got me to thinking the newer chips must be hard to fit or newer boards are built really badly. I have not played with any newer LAG socket,ony LGA 775. I wanted to ask those that do own the newer ones are they hard to fit or what ? Silly question I know but it just got me wondering...
