    Hi there,

    I'am confused on activation of Windows 8.1 VL EN_US. I've got an image with the following name:
    en_windows_8.1_professional_vl_with_update_x64_dvd_4065194.iso with the following checksum(s):

    File: en_windows_8.1_professional_vl_with_update_x64_dvd_4065194.iso
    CRC-32: 05a02af4
    MD4: 449d33feb47d035645299da3b3477c21
    MD5: 9b2bf609db207af3817167d8a6b87e62
    SHA-1: e50a6f0f08e933f25a71fbc843827fe752ed0365

    Burned the image, installed it, system runs, but how do i activate/register this Windows 8.1 Pro version. I've read some posts on the forum on the subject, but it gets more confusing for me by the minute.
    (No valid Windows 8 serialnumer at hand here, I think activation by phone doesn't work for me.)

    Could someone please tell me on how to proceed in this further, it would be very appreciated.
    Thank you in advance. :worthy:

    @PaulDesmond; thank you kindly, i'll try the MS-Toolkit first.
    @Mr.X; yes, I know, but there a lot of ways with those KMS activations and i'am not going to try them all out one-by-one wich works best, i'am not that experienced with this matter. Thank you anyways for pointing me to these other methods.

    not that there is anything wrong with the other KMS utilities from MDL, hell they are amazing! but I simply stick with MTK for the run->click->done thing and familiarity.

    Yep, and in opposite to other tools they even have support threads here, very handy in case of problems :cool2:.
