    I have purchased new hp laptop , It has Windows 8 Single Language (English) i need hebrew only to be screen Language

    only pro or enterprise version allows selecting other than installed (core single) languages. You need to install your language version (hebrew) from scratch ... sorry to say

    like other said, you need to download the english-US windows 8.1 single language and integrate hebrew language into it, there is no ready made ISO

    Is it possible to get an arm tablet eg. surface RT in En-US to He-IL?

    same procedure works for ARM?

    does it work the same way in RT? does it support mui switching at all?
